MCLM a Radical Revolution

MCLM a Radical Revolution

MCLM is generating a lot of hype from both sides of the political divide, the movement was launched by RPK recently and funded by overseas Malaysians from London, draws similarity to the time of Sun Yat Sen the Chinese Revolutionary Leader and the founding father of the Republic of China and also known as the Father of Modern China who succeeded in overthrowing the all-powerful evil Imperial rule of the Ching dynasty in 1911.

"I Nearly Cried" Crocodile Tears?

"Crocodile Tears: A false or insincere display of emotion such as a hypocrite crying fake tears of grief. The expression comes from an ancient anecdote that crocodiles weep in order to lure their prey, or that they cry for the victims they are eating."

This Member of Parliament of Raub (Pahang), Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen has spent some RM3.25 million on overseas trips which comprises of RM1.67 million for the whole of 2009 while for the first 10 months this year, the bill came to RM1.58 million.

The Nation My Country

The Nation My Country
The chinese written language is one of the oldest language in the world which had been traced back to more than 3000 years ago of the oracle bones inscription from the Shang dynasty and its origin is today still widely debated as some scholars are of the opinion that written language has existed in China much more earlier.

There are many archaeological evidence of earlier written language of China like the discovery of the "Daimadi - Ningxia” cliff carvings of some 8000 different characters dating back to 6000 to 5000 BC (about 8000 years ago) which are reported to be similar to the oracle bone writings of the Shang dynasty.
The earlier written characters are progressively describe as pictograph/pictogram, ideograms and logograms and basically means that the characters developed from pictures and images to represents an entire idea, concept or precept.

Pig Fight

Pig Fight

Pigs are intelligent animals and one of the earliest animals domesticated by man. Generally pigs don’t fight much and take fighting as a game or in play, they just loved to get dirty in the mud.

The negative aspect of a pig is overindulgence and in such a circumstance greed than set in, which could cause them to be very manipulative and cunning.

Never fight with a pig.
You can’t win.
You both get dirty.
And the Pig loves it.

The primary issue face by Malaysians everyday is an environment of highly political maneuvering for leadership in party politics and of national politics, all in the power game that they play at the expense of the people.

Najib Says Malays Must Stop Relying on Govt

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has said the country's predominant Malays should not to be too obsessed about the 30 per cent equity ownership target set under the decades-old affirmative action policy.

In an exclusive interview with Channel NewsAsia, Mr Najib explained the new metrics that will be used to measure wealth for the Bumiputras.

The Malaysian prime minister has been trying to revamp the country's decades old affirmative action policy as part of his vision to attain developed country status by 2020.

But in the face of resistance and even accusations that he is backtracking on his earlier promises, Mr Najib said the Malay majority or Bumiputras should stop relying on government protection.

He said: "The Malays have to change, Bumiputras have to change because this is the 21st century. The only way the Bumiputras can succeed (is) if they are globally competitive. It's not because of government protection and so forth, they must be able to compete and stand on their own."

Most Investors Simply Don't Believe Najib's New Economic Model

(Extract of a report from TheWall Street Journal)

As importantly, Mr. Najib mentioned education reform—an area in which pro-Malay admissions policies have made meritocracy a dirty word and denied opportunities to bright minority students, especially from the Chinese and Indian communities. Malaysian companies often complain about the lack of skilled labor, and the country's universities are a big part of the problem.

Low Income Malaysians and Proton

I pick this up from The People's Parliament where it was reported that the Deputy Finance Minister Chor Chee Heung says that Proton is a success in providing affordable cars to the low income Malaysians.

“I believe that low-income Malaysians today would not have been able to have their own cars had it not been for Proton”, says Chor Chee Heung.

Malaysia Should Be Embarassed

The first thing to say is that – even allowing for cultural and religious sensitivities – Malaysia should be embarrassed that it is threatening to send a man to prison for consensual sex with another adult. But there are also considerable doubts about the case against Mr Anwar. The evidence against him is thin and the political context is very clear.

The Failure of Suhakam (Human Rights Commission)

There is no credibility to the home ministry based on the facts and the records speaks for itself. The Home Minister Hisshammuddin Hussein who is the son of the third Prime Minister of Malaysia Tun Hussein Onn who eventually stayed out of the fake UMNO and had refused to joined this new "celup" UMNO party which is totally not the real UMNO but a fake masquerading as the original.

The Righteous Man

Reading RPK’s latest article in Malaysia Today of the title “Musa Hassan’s failing fishing expedition” reminds me of a story in history during the period of the Warring States, the period of chaos and upheaval leading to the founding of the Qin Dynasty of Shih Huang Ti (The First Emperor).

The state of Wei was ruled by Marquis Wen (Lord Wen) who was a wise and virtuous ruler of the state and had decided to attack the neighboring state of Zhongshan who was ruled by an immoral and corrupt tyrant.
