Was browsing the news online and came across this report by the Malaysian Insider and almost got choked to death while reading and drinking a glass of water. The things that comes out of them and from a Prime Minister, you read on and and see what you make of it.
PM Najib says that Zulkifli Nordin is a principled man because he wears a "ketayap" ("kopiah"), thats an islamic cap or hat as in picture above.
Najib said: "Zulkifli Nordin, now that is a principled man. You can tell he is principled because he is wearing a ketayap...ask Zul about Altantuya. He said it himself. Datuk Seri Najib was not involved in the murder. And he should know, because he was the lawyer representing one of the accused in the case."
He was speaking to a crowd of Felda settlers in Hulu Selangor ahead of the by-election. He also tried to prove his innocence in the murder of Mongolian model Altantuya by saying: "I took an oath. I swore in the mosque that i had nothing to do with Altantuya Shaariibuu. Can Anwar do the same with his own case?"
Is he kidding? Either that or he thinks that the people of Hulu Selangor are dumb ass.
